About

su·sur·rus

–noun, plural -rus·es.
a soft murmuring or rustling sound; whisper.
Origin:
1825–35;  < Latin:  a whisper
And of course, I have to settle for “sussurus” in this case but you get the idea.I want to write. I want to write because I need to, even if nobody reads it. I need to give a voice to unsaid things which, if you know me, I tend to do. Leave things unsaid, that is.Some people paint, some people dance, some people write code, some people cook, some people just create. I have my words, that is all I have. Though these days, I’m learning to write code, I’m learning to cook and if I have time, I will dance. As for painting… that’s a bit of long shot.

About the photos in this blog: Most are taken by my trusty IPhone Nexus 5, more often than not with an Instagram filter. Some are image URLs, especially the fashion photos.

Unpretentious honesty, in one place, by one person.

I can’t think of any single succinct combination of words that sum up how I feel about your blog. There’s no point me saying “please keep it up”, because your need compels you to do so. It beggars my passion to say “I enjoy”. And “Thanks” is so off the cuff, so meagre.

I do feel a kindred joy in your appreciation of words that actually express something lyrically emotive simply in the way they are formed in the mouth . . . sussurus. If you can, take a look at: http://wp.me/sXk9K-osculare

You honor me, especially from a writer such as yourself. I did take a look; I am charmed and enlightened about an obscure word “osculare”. Thank you so much for sharing and taking the time to comment, I hope I will not disappoint and consider me one of your new fans.
